A bit late, but!
Hello everyone again. :D
I come to share my entry to the Outfit challenge. (I hope it does fit in the challenge -- it is a new outfit for the Master, after all. Though it doesn't really include the Doctor... oh well. :| )
Anyway, this is about 1/4 manipulation with other 3/4 painting over it and it's also inspired by the 7th Doctor Audios: "So what I am Doctor? Death's champion? Just to some claim you are Time's champion? Both of us locked in a ridiculous crusade to appease intangible concepts."
