They never actually met onscreen, but the small amount of Eight/Jacobi!Master fanfiction that's been written has given me a real love for the pairing (it doesn't hurt that I really like both actors). So here's my attempt at drawing them ...
Jacobi!Master's look owes a lot to having just watched the version of Hamlet that he did, which besides him had a couple other Time War-era Time Lords hanging around - Romana II, and the Mysterious Woman from 'The End of Time'. (Also Patrick Stewart, who has somehow avoided being in Dr Who so far, but is nevertheless so awesome he should be mentioned anyway).
Half-assed background is half-assed.
