Why this must be read: This was written a couple years ago and I still think about it sometimes. It takes the good old "Ten keeps the Master in the Tardis and tries to fix him" plot and explores what can happen if everything goes horribly wrong. This fic does not have a happy ending. It is, however, fantastic and emotionally powerful.
