I was babbling about this on the friending meme and on my journal so I figured I'd inflict it on everyone... themed tea!

I've come up with blends for most incarnations of the Master, all with Lapsang Souchoung as the uniting theme.

Crispy!Master (I already ordered myself a bag of this, and so did someone else, but I'm not sure who!)

Sadly, I don't think Shalka!Master can have tea, and Roberts!Master seems like a Folgers guy. And if the cats I know are anything to go by, Cheetah!Master would want green tea.

Here's the thing... no way can I come up with blends for all the Doctors and every possible pairing as well, and that would be neat to have! Who's with me?


And if anyone needs an Adagio first time certificate... I can get you one, and please please please, other Adagio customers speak up so we can spread the kickbacks around ;)

ETA: Adagio is US-based; they probably ship worldwide but I don't know how reasonable a shipping rate they have outside the US. Disclaimers I should have added; if people (even if it's me!) buy my blends, I get points toward free tea, which is all the more reason for some of you to join me in coming up with them, I'm not selfish like that.

...shutting up now, I'm babbling. And hoping someone invents a Seven/Delgado!Master blend.

Fic: Self-Preseveration: Part 1

I wrote this ages ago and I finally get to post the fic! Yay! Actually, I really like this one a lot. The characterization really just snapped into place, especially in the second half. This fic is a two-parter, so expect the second half of the story in a week or so.


Title: Self-Preservation
Summary: Running for his life with the Master, the Doctor finds someone he just can't leave behind.
Characters: Third Doctor/Delgado Master/Simm Master
Rating: PG13-ish.
Warnings: This fic is part of a well balanced diet of angst and cuteness. The Master gets a bit beaten up (off screen abuse of the insane on backwater planets) and there is a small bit of violence towards the Doctor, but it's short. Just a bit of choking, really.
