Absolutely Nothing Can Go Wrong With This Plan

So guys! You know what is awesome? MAYBE EVEN MORE AWESOME THAN BIG BANGS? Three. And also slumber parties. And tacos.[Poll #1573837]

Artpost: I am why we can't have nice things

Peoples of b_e please attend carefully--

I've noticed a disturbing trend on the comm of late. It seems we are overrun with art of amazing quality and fantastic skill.

WELL I SAY NO MORE all your quality are belong to me )

Oh, and by "no more" I mean "moar plz"

Just so we're clear.

Can't Take You Anywhere

Title: Can't Take You Anywhere
Fandom: Doctor Who
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: Theta/Koschei, Ten/Simm!Master
Summary: Utter, Shameless Fluff. Which with these two means lots of snark, but still... I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. Also, probably crack too. Theta and Koschei go to the Ballet.
Disclaimer: Not mine.

Cut for Out of Season Valentine's Day Fluff )

The Mind of Evil vs. The End of Time, Part II

[Poll #1574209]
If anything gets too long, please EXPLAIN IN COMMENTS.

As always, COMMENT FIC IS GLORIOUS.

Again, as we get nearer to the end of this competition, I should remind everyone that it's just not a fair contest if people pick a serial they've seen just because they've seen that one and haven't seen the other option. Please ONLY VOTE IF you have SEEN BOTH SERIALS. If you haven't, come over to chat. We'd be delighted to help you find something/watch it with you.

Koschei/Theta Recs

[livejournal.com profile] seagullsong  just asked me for good Theta/Koschei fic and art recs, and I thought hell, let's make it a party post and open it up to the world for great reccebration!

Please post links below! If you can include the title and author, that'd be most excellent--If you could give a short 'why this is so awesomesauce,' it'd be /superlatively/ excellent.

Have at!

Fic: Experimentation in Trauma Management

Starting a cross-country drive tomorrow, so I figured I'd get this off my hard drive before I lose my nerve again. Also, I think this works for the current short-AU challenge? It's an AU continuing from the Unbound audio, Sympathy for the Devil.

Experimentation in Trauma Management
Doctor Who, Sympathy for the Devil Audio
Rating: PG-13
(non-constructive depiction of alcoholism, swearing)
Pairing and characters: Gatiss!Master(/Doctor), Colonel Brimmicombe-Wood
Wordcount: 1,500ish, including historical note.
Summary: The Master never used to be the one that couldn't deal with reality.
A/N: My inability to actually post a finished work without waiting two months continues apace. This has been being tweaked since spring break, and I think I'm ready to send it out into the wild. The small amount of plot in the story is based on actual events in Hong Kong - for further explanation, read to the end of the story for a historical note.

(Fake cut to my journal...)
