One day, I trolled through thirty pages of Google Images stumbled upon a picture of Derek Jacobi when he was young. My friend brilliantly suggested that it be made into a manip for Shalkaverse. So, I come bearing a manip. ... I feel like I should apologize for that. But what can you do for a Doctor who has so very little canon?
