blinkidybah and I were wondering, what DOES the Master do when he's not
1) trapped somewhere and trying to slink off the planet or, more importantly,
2) punking the Doctor?

Because he can't raid the Matrix all the time, super-impressive though his Delgado-era file cabinets may be.
