It All Makes So Much More Sense!

I've been having a fascinating chat with an anonymous person on my fic journal.  She (I'm pretty sure) recently pointed out,  in the context of the power dynamic between the Doctor and the Master, that:

I bet Theta called all the shots and Koschei trailed along after him and criticized his plans like a smarter Jamie McCrimmon.

She then followed it up with the observation that: 

Jamie has Koschei's haircut, too.

So sweet!  Jamie looks a bit like Theta's little Koschei, and acts like him, too.  I find the Two/Jaime vibe so much more understandable now.
