It's not actually that smutty, but it is very hot - both in that sort of sense, and because our POV character (the Doctor) is incredibly feverish, and everything's a bit jagged and uncertain. Excellent Master and Master's plan that fits perfectly with the Master he is - the one made by the Doctor and now trapped in his TARDIS. A bit creepy and yet extremely caring. He just wanted to look after the Doctor... Cough...
