So. I am by no means an expert on anything whatsoever, but I recently indulged in this bit of fansquee that got away from me rather, and which I thought might be useful for new or newish D/M slashers, particularly those thinking about making the jump from New Who to Old Who. I'd like to think it might even be a little bit entertaining for those who've been around far longer than I have. So I figured I might as well post it here?

New member with a fanvid!

Hello, I just joined, but I've been watching Russell T. Davies' "Doctor Who" for about a year now. My best friend makes sure that I see the older Doctors via NetFlix rentals. Her favorite Doctor is Tom Baker, the 4th. My favorite Doctor is Tennant, but I'm also a big fan of the 1st Doctor, played by William Hartnell.

As for romantic pairings within DW fandom, I'm pretty open-minded. I support most of the popular pairings but I dislike character bashing. I do, however, have a deep soft spot for Doctor/Master (and vice versa). So after 5 years (which is approximately the age of YouTube, believe it or not...) of watching various fanvids of various fandoms, I have finally made a fanvid of my own! (I feel pretty stoked/nervous that it's a Doctor/Master slash fanvid...)
