Busy with NANO? Holidays? School? Fret not! You can have a fun, fandom group activity that does not suck the very life-blood from your veins! Something quick, easy (well, easier than writing a Big Bang--try it, you'll see it's not so bad), fun for you AND enjoyable for all!

PODFIC CHALLENGE!

 

From now until December 3rd, b_e calls upon you to dust-off your crap in-computer mikes and create some podfic!

* WRITERS: volunteer to have stuff podfic'd/clear up your consent here!
* PODFICCERS: If a writer isn't listed in the comments, just pm and ask--probably they're fine, and if they're not, plenty 'o fish. Make sure to attribute (clearly state the title and author at the beginning of your recording), and otherwise? Go brazil nuts.  Please tag 'challenge: podfic' and feel free to post just one, or as many as you like! Podficing your own stuff is TOTALLY COOL.

I'll do a round-up post when the challenge is over.

BIG BANG WRITERS

Two artists have now been paired up with each of the six qualifying Big Bangs (hopefully to their taste, re: level of objectionable content and classic vs. new material). Artists: if you haven't already, check your PMs!

WRITERS: If you DID NOT FINISH your Big Bang, or make the Word Count, I will accept late subs all this month and try to pair you with a willing artist. I can make no firm promises, and you'd get one piece of art rather than the Early Bird Special of Two Pieces, but this would still be a very good thing to do if you've been thinking about catching NANO fever and/or are anywhere near the 20,000-word finishing line.

Awriiiiiight, podficcing time. So, I thought I'd set the bar as low as possible straight off the bat with some fast cheap reading. (Seriously though excellent fic, so check out the original ya?)

We'll pretend all and any mispronunciations is JUST THE WAY WE SAY THESE THINGS IN AUSTRALIA OK? and not due to a lack of education. Also, the very specifications of the fic allowed me to be a ginormous wanker with mixed media, so, thanks I guess Tu?

Anyway, have at thee my wonderful people. I am very much looking forward to hearing your own awesome. Also anyone else who wants to put on the accents get bonus points, fo sho. I absolutely could not dare.
