The end of the anonmemeabration is nearing, so I'm going to rec this fic that was prompted at the anonmeme. Also because it is brilliant. Also - this isn't my last rec quite yet! Last time I recced I managed to get a lot of different medias in there. This time... not so much. So I'm going to try and get together some fanart recs for tomorrow, bear with me.
The Sweet Cheat Gone
Pairing: combinations of Three, Delgado!Master, Five, and Ainley!Master
Length: 7,222
Summary: The third Doctor is surprised and upset to see the Master with another man. Perhaps the worst part about it is that he doesn't understand what the Master could possibly see in someone who goes around wearing celery like it's a sartorial statement...
Warnings: None.

Why this must be read: Sometimes you want crack. Sometimes you want serious fic. And sometime you want fic that takes a cracky idea and looks at it seriously, working out the ways it would actually impact the characters. (Okay, actually, I want that kind of fic all the time.) There are a lot of cool details and awesome touches of writing here, but most of all I like the ideas here.

Leave comments if you like the fic! Authors love comments, especially on older stories (or I do and I'm willing to generalize to everyone else).
