Did I forget to mention: * Ten/Simm, hurt-comfort. The Master somehow escapes the Time War (again) and shows up before Ten regenerates and they're both traumatized and there's comforting talk (or maybe just mutual fanboying and flailing) and then they regenerate together. ?
It was still on Unfilled when it has been, so just in case, there that is.

* Doctor/Master, TARDIS/TARDIS: Sometimes, when two TARDISes love one another very much, they choose to express that love in ways that inflictsexy psychic feedback on their Time Lords. Shenanigans ensue. (This is what happens when irresponsible Time Lords don't teach their TARDISes to use protection when materializing inside a partner.)
* Five/Ainley!Master: During some Doctor stalking down time the Master has conquered a small out of the way planet and has assembled a harem of young, athletic and pretty blondes, over half of them in cricket jumpers. The Doctor comes to save the day and walks in on quite the scene. Bonus points for Five on top.
