So, um, wow. Really late. I mean, I've only been a member of this community for almost a year now but whatever.
I've been a fan of New Doctor Who (and inevitably D/M because Last of the Time Lords was the first episode I saw) for about two years and my collection of Classic Who has slowly been growing to the point where I now have a grand total of five Classic episode. You should really be proud of me.
(I guess I should really thank you guys for getting me into Classic Who because even though you didn't know it I've been watching everything you do.... Just kidding, but seriously this community is one of the major reasons I started watching the older episodes of Doctor Who in the first place.)
Also, even though I love Doctor/Master, Theta/Koschei holds a slightly more special place in my heart, mostly just because I feel you can do more with that pairing because we don't know as much about it and because it's freakin' adorable.
Two and Ten are at a tie for my favorite Doctor but you just can't beat John Simm as the Master. Unless, of course, you can in which case you... can.

Hey there, I'm Renn! I've been lurking and hanging around the chat and arting a bit and I'm making an intro post because certain mods are threatening me with a yardstick. I'm a college student, studying in a private all girls university in the mountains of Virginia which is about as interesting as it sounds. I like books, being a loserface, making art, and run-on sentences.
I only started watching Doctor Who last December, and quickly devoured all of new Who. I sort of passively shipped Ten/Simm, but it never grabbed me much. Then I watched Peter Davison's run and oh my god Ainley. I loved his crazy face and his blatant acting out for attention and Five being a tease and I was hooked. So Five/Ainley is my original OTP (with Shalka being a close second) but I've seen bits and pieces of all the other doctors and I adore most everything I've seen. I love their issues and wrongness and also them being totally in love. So yeah.

But ah well. I am Doc C (chosen when I was primarily in Scrubs fandom, so no relation, I guess?), and I'm very shily lurking and timidly coming in from Heroes fandom (united in Ecclestonium!) and have lately been curling up around Doctor Who fandom. I was a big fan when I was wee, but this was in the VCRs only just common boxed sets not so much yet era, but I had my Dad's two guides to the first five Doctors pretty much memorized. I'm now using the power of Netflix to make up for lost time, starting with One, because I'm sort of OCD and also don't want to be That Guy. I loved Ten, and while I was leery of Eleven, I find him utterly acceptable and enjoyable. One of my obnoxious quirks as a writer is an inability to describe eye color as a general shade (brown, blue) and get superfocused on specific shades- hazelnut, cola, blue lace agate, sodalite, gas light... blah. I like to write AUs in general, and have been known to take six months to post a chapter because I was busy researching some minor historical detail.
Let's see, my personal fanon- Ten wears Chucks specifically because any architect will tell you you don't support an arch from below. Simm!Master loves milkshakes.
I am a sucker for WAFF and happy endings, and slightly twisted happy endings, as well as crack when I write, but I read a wide, wide variety.

Okay, hullo, it's two in the morning right now and I just joined a couple minutes ago. Actually, I just joined LJ a couple minutes before that. And. Well. Hi, I'm Mo, and I really need to be part of a place where people don't look at me all disturbed when I announce for the fiftieth time how much I love Doctor/Master. And a place to dump all my recent crappy fanart. And a place where I might potentially begin to write fic again because the last time I wrote fic was absolute ages ago. Meaning years. So. I am incoherent right now, but...
I started with New Who a year ago and swiftly became very obsessed. It's only recently that I've discovered how AMAZING Doctor/Master, in all forms, is, and thus I've become even more obsessed with Doctor Who as a whole including Old Who. Limited mostly to going "AWWW" during fanvids involving Five and Ainley!Master, but still. I have a thing for fluff, it's really ridiculous and interfering in my attempts to draw porn. (They end up clothed and snuggling in libraries, that's how fluffy it gets.) Anyway.
My bit of fanon is that Koschei was totally ginger in the Academy and is the reason for Theta's deep and abiding wish to be ginger. Just saying. :D
