best_enemies | Holiday Challenge

On the November Ten/Simm!Master Challenge: as per last month, we’ll still mention your contribution in December’s wrap up if your Ten/Simm!Master fic gets finished closer to the Holidays because you were busy composing your Magnum Opus and couldn’t find time to write slash until halfway through Advent.

But this December, we call for something more from you our com. Know what this pairing needs?

A safe word? Well, yes, that's pretty undeniable, but ALSO: some Christmas fic, or any other Winter Holiday of your choice. It could be Life Day a la the Star Wars Christmas Special (Only Carrie Fischer can't sing this time, because as a com we adhere to the Geneva Convention.)! Though Time Lord Kwanzaa would be...unexpected, if such is your vision? Bring it.

But between now and the third of January, put down the Yule Log, take up the keyboard, and write us all some quality crack. Or serious fic--if you can produce a deadly earnest Christmas-themed piece, or combine this with the Ten/Simm!Master challenge, awesome!

So, for all regenerations or combiations thereof, bring on the Holiday Challenge!

1. Do Time Lords do anything like holidays, or is that potentially too much fun for them? If they do, what does this involve? What holiday events did Theta and Koschei get up to at the Academy?

2. What gifts have they exchanged over the years, and under what circumstances? What's the worst Christmas either of them have ever spent: we're looking for more 'Master, why in the name of Rassilon's cozy long johns did you knit me evil stockings from the poisoned and, frankly, itchy wool of alien-possessed llamas... and then fill them with candy?
